My coaching is informed by 10+ years and 1,000s of hours of deep study across many philosophies, wisdom traditions, psychological frameworks, pattern recognition, courses and certifications. More importantly, it is an organic system that is constantly developing, progressing & growing.

I believe humans are interconnected systems; our minds, bodies and spirits are constantly evolving.

Daily, we are running programs—in our habits, our lives, our relationships, our jobs. Even the way we think, eat, act and speak is governed by the beliefs, thought-patterns and programs we are running in the background.

The work is your own, the journey is your own, but I have personally discovered the incredible value of the mindset shift that takes place when working with the right mentor. The right mentors can bring about quantum leaps in personal development that might otherwise take us a lifetime to achieve.

Growth and development are never-ending. As we change and evolve—different layers, awarenesses & patterns come to the surface. Sometimes we cannot see a layer, thought-pattern, or program until we clear certain lenses that are obscuring our view of our own map.

Foundational coaching

Begin recognizing the lenses that are in place.

The foundational coaching program is designed to help us begin recognizing the lenses that we have in place so that we can see more clearly and regain that agency over our reactions and decisions. The foundational program is designed to be highly valuable in itself. Many people will gain everything they need to continue the work on their own once the 12 weeks are complete.

But it is also designed in a way that, if you so choose, your personal map will be being built out behind the scenes. So as you evolve and grow, I am personally connecting dots and creating a specialized, dynamic “bigger picture” that will work with your evolution over time. This allows you to come back to the coaching a week later or even years later as needs change.
