The purpose of healing and self-discovery

To change your world

you must first change your mind

“There is a difference between wishing for a thing and being ready to receive it. No one is ready for a thing until they believe they can acquire it,”

Napoleon Hill

In order to become the person I desire, I must begin to think and act in ways as if I am already that person. I must cultivate and embody aspects of the desired outcome, now. I must lay the foundation of faith on which I use action to build, instead of mere hope.

Lacey Nelson

The desire for more

No matter where we are in life, we all seem to have this innate desire for more. More knowledge, more wealth, more love, more joy. Humans have the need for expansion, but when we don’t resolve the pains of the past or shift certain core beliefs, we often hinder the process by identifying with a version of ourselves that feels unworthy of that expansion.

We have to start with the desire for something different, then cultivate a mindset that allows something different to begin to grow.

The vision

My vision is to offer insights, perspectives, and solutions to challenges, the common and not so common, that we all face. My hope is that the messages reach the right individuals at the right time.

Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, share what inspires.
